We are pleased that you have selected us as your new apartment home. Please note the following items are required with your application:

• $45 Non-refundable Application Fee per person
• Photo ID
• Full month security deposit and first month rent
• Present income verification - One month worth of paystubs. Income must be 3 times greater than monthly rental payment.
• Current landlord verification
• Background credit check
• Pet fee - $150 per pet (max 2 pets)

All money orders or checks should be made under specific LLC.
